The practice has made the decision to change open surgery arrangements in light of the changing situation regarding coronavirus. If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms please call the surgery before 10.00am for a telephone triage appointment with a GP. The doctor will then advise if you need to be seen and will arrange a time for you to come in or if you should self isolate and contact the NHS 111 service. If you present at morning surger...y with these symptoms you will be asked to return home by our reception team. Starting on Wednesday 11th March our reception team will be asking patients who come to morning surgery and request emergency or home visits if they have a relevant travel or contact history regarding coronavirus.
This should not take long but will enable us to continue providing care for members of our community and keep our clinical teams safe.
Anyone with symptoms and a travel or contact history will be asked to self isolate at home and use the NHS 111 online tool.

If you are concerned about coronavirus symptoms and have a relevant travel history you should self isolate by remaining at home and call 111 who will assess and advise you. Please do not come to the surgery as you will risk infecting others.
