Went for Sunday lunch for my 1st ever visit. It certainly will not be my last. Food was amazing n great value for money. Desserts were delicious. I would recommend the Eton Mess. Staff were very friendly n helpful. Place was spotlessly clean and the car park is a really decent size.

CouldnŌĆÖt fault a thing the settings, the staff and the food is to die for.

We would recommend the Coopers Arms for any special occasion, but they are also well known for there Carvery or even just a beer.

Amazing venue. Amy supported us right through. The food was fantastic. The cheese board oh my goodness you must have the cheese board.

Nothing was rushed everything calm and efficient. The in house DJ what a smashing guy. I would recommend the Coopers in a heartbeat.

My daughter and son in law got married here on 14.10.17. It was a fabulous day with gorgeous weather in a perfect setting. If you are thinking about booking this as a wedding venue, I have no hesitation in recommending it 1000%. Amy and her team were fantastic from start to finish. They accommodated our every wish prior to the big day giving us support to do our own decor. The day was run with military precision. Food and drinks were brought out and cleared away like magic. The food was lovely and very good value for money. All staff were helpful and friendly throughout, even today, when we went back to collect gifts etc.

I love Coopers Arms, me and my partner enjoy going on walks and it's a beautiful spot to end our walk with a meal and a drink, the prices are a little high but I think that is due to the lovely location, friendly staff. There is a lake outside so great to sit outside in good weather. Good place to take the parents for a treat I'd say ­¤śĆ­¤śĆ

Honestly can't thank the Cooper's arms enough! We had our whole wedding day here 9.9.17 and it was everything we expected and more! I don't even know where to start! Amy was absolutely fantastic in making sure that the wedding ran smoothly. She really did go above and beyond to make our special day memorable! The staff as well were brilliant! Very professional, friendly, and seriously could not do enough for us! And where to start with the food! Absolutely amazing! Served, cooked and presented beautifully! The amount of compliments we received from our guests about the venue, the staff, the food was unbelievable and it just made me so glad that we had chosen the Cooper's arms to host our special day! And lastly, we chose their resident DJ and he was brilliant! Listened to what we wanted and got everybody up and dancing and also had a great singing voice ;). Honestly can't thank all the team at the Cooper's arms enough. We would recommend you again and again and are going to be regular customers from now on!

First ever visit today and what a beautiful pub stunning views. The Carvery was amazing value for money so delicious even on a hot sunny day. Well worth the trip.

Came to your restaurant for a birthday meal and all had carvery was absolutely delicious and fresh! Waitress very attentive. So much choice too. Defiantly reccomended

Been twice now with a group of lycra clad crew of cyclists from ILKESTON CYCLING CLUB on a Friday evening in recent months and only stopped for a short period and fell in love with the place ..the food looked beautiful with the carvery on display .. Will be back hopefully for more Friday evenings out on our bikes though the summer ..’┐Į’┐Į

Organise our Christmas and Easter get together. On every occasion the staff work out a large table to accommodate around 20 of us everytime. Always fabulous service, even when their very busy.

The menu is very good and the food is all very fresh and tastes wonderful. Make room for pudding as they are Amazing!!

A fantastic gastro pub that has it all! Brilliant staff, fantastic atmosphere, a huge range of drinks and amazing food! The new Christmas menu is fabulous, very nicely presented and perfectly cooked. Whether you're looking for a drink by the fire, great live music or exceptional food the Coopers Arms is the place to be!

We got there in time but had to wait about 35mins for our table which was a bit much, we had the carvery it was very nice, although the pork was very fatty and another member of the family had beef, she couldn't eat it as it was a lot more than pink like it said. Don't think we would go back as for us it was to far away

First visit yesterday lovely location and the carvery looked delicious, but was too hot for a roast so asked for an egg andwich was told I could only have a carvery roll outside?!? Eventually I did get my sandwich outside. Really donŌĆÖt understand why the snack menu is so restricted if youŌĆÖre eating outside. Will return to try the roast when itŌĆÖs not so warm.

Enjoyed a Sunday Carvery, on a very hot day. 12.30 sitting, had a warm welcome and well catered for as I am Gluten Free. Thank You.

The carvery is good but not great, beef was nicely cooked but veg just ok. Staff were a bit disassociated from the diners, had to get up and go and ask for a waitress to take our order, very slow to clear tables around us. A bit over priced for what we had but overall an average Sunday lunch.

Indifferent service and below average food made the prices harder to swallow than the rock hard Yorkshire pudding. After ordering and paying for our meals we were welcomed to the carvery with the words "have you paid?" and then spoken to no more. The beef was very pink and yet still retained the ability to be used as shoe leather should the need have arisen. The mashed potato was dry and the vegetables were cold. I give 2 stars instead of one because it's a pretty building next to an attractive lake.
