Went for breakfast this morning and it couldn’t have been better. I was able to order items off the breakfast cooked in a specific way to suit dietary needs. Katie and Andrew were more than willing to cater for my needs which made the visit better than I could have expected. Will definitely be returning soon and recommend to everyone.

We go here regularly for breakfast, lunch and recently Sunday lunch and it never fails on quality and great friendly family service. Food made with top quality ingredients and always lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend first class. Well done copper kettle 👍

We came in yesterday for the royal wedding afternoon tea and everyone of us commented on how lovely it was... one of the best cake selection and they were beautiful to. The scones were superb also.. we will be back. Highly recommend it.

Treated ourselves to a late breakfast here this morning. We’ve been meaning to go in for sooo long and finally did this morning. Such a friendly little place and beautiful surroundings. Lovely food too. And Mammy Moody just made our morning complete! What a gorgeous lady! Thanks guys, we will be back again!

Today I got a Sunday dinner take out and it was perfect, absolutely gorgeous. Just the right amount plenty of pork, crackling, mashed potato, roast potato, yorkshire pudding and vegetables and the gravy was delicious, best take out dinner I've ever had. Thank you

Popped in for lunch today and from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. All the staff were just lovely, including the chef himself!

The food was spectacular, generous portions, with real homemade food. Just gorgeous. Definitely recommended!xx

My husband and I came today for breakfast, we both decided on the traditional English breakfast. We couldn’t fault any of it. The homely atmosphere whilst sharing tea for two was just perfect for a relaxing Sunday morning. The food was exquisite and very filling. I would highly recommend this venue and look forward to trying other options from the menus.

Lovely small cafe with a cosy, comfortable atmosphere and lots of quirky decor! Full of life and character. I was very impressed by the menu which had a nice selection of options, including vegetarian and vegan. I'm vegan myself but I was dining with my mother who is not, and we where both impressed. The vegan chilli taco bowl was delicious, made fresh to order and packed with flavour.



We where told that the menu would change from time to time, I hope this means we'll see even more veggie dishes in the future. :)

Just been in here for the first time and was informed the business had just been took over lovely and clean and we'll decorated inside. I asked for a small breakfast as I didn't see one on the menu and the owner/chef was more than happy to do this for me, ladies (mothers) behind the till were lovely and chatty, they asked me for my 100% honest opinion which is the latte was lovely and just how I like mine, breakfast absolutely lush and well presented! Wish the chef and his family all the success for his new business. Will definitely be returning �

I have been in the copper kettle for a light lunch of tuna sandwiches which was served with pink slaw and salad it was lovely and quality food so today we ordered takeout sunday lunch i had pork my husband had beef it was delicious you cannot call this food cafe food it is more like what you would eat at a restaurant excellant thankyou x

I had the pleasure of helping out at Katie and Andrews new venture yesterday, and have to say how impressed I was at the superb food Andrew created for his customers, who were by the way, lovely, full of praise for his menu and very patient with my newly acquired coffee making skills. I wish them both every success in the future and look forward to being a pair of helping hands, I am so proud of my beautiful niece and her very talented hubby.😘

Came along today for the lunch special of fish tempura and chunky chips. It was absolutely define! Finished off with one of Andrews amazing scones of course. Left absolutely full to the brim. I would highly recommend popping along, everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. Hope your business continues to grow �. Called yesterday for Sunday lunch.was delicious.myself and daughter had the roast beef and my oh had the pork.would definitely recommend trying this lovley little place .we will certainly be back xxx

Called in today for some lunch after being itching to try for a while, my partner had a chicken dinner and I had a veggy burger, we were both more than impressed with the food, especially as I'm a vegetarian it's tough to find something decent in hartlepool so I was really pleased - I also spotted some other veggy friendly options which I look forward to sampling next time we visit!

Portions were amazing too, sadly we didn't have room for dessert but I'll be getting some to take away in future :)

Been twice now to the copper kettle for lunch and both times were fantastic! Food was amazing staff very attentive made a big fuss of my dog betty aswell! BEST place in hartlepool for lunch definitely! See you again soon!
