The Cornish Arms

Excellent accommodation. Good food. Great hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

A group of 16 of us were staying locally at the weekend and came to the Cornish Arms after coasteering. Geoff and Karen welcomed us in, even though several people fell asleep on sofas. Great food, great beers and great banana liquer. He even gave us a couple of bottles of red to take home.

Amazing cosy and friendly place. Could/did spend all day there. Made to feel extremely welcome even considering our large allmale group. Thanks guys great end to a great weekend.

It's lovely, you can really tell the difference between a landlord who invests their own time/money compared to the rest of them. Clearly this place is going on there right direction. Very happy staying here.

Felt very welcome soon as we walked in. Had not booked ahead and asked for a table for five. They gladly fitted us in. Service was excellent very friendly and upbeat staff. The place only reopened four months ago. Food was great nice and hot, and our needs where met. Price was fair and seemed to follow other local places serving similar dishes. Beautiful garden, free parking. Would recommend and please book. Landlord very nice. Wish them much luck. 🍀

Traditional pub with great ales

The food was fantastic every visit we made will definitely come back next holiday in North Cornwall

Stayed for three nights in double room with shower room . Everything was spotless with a very comfortable bed . The owner and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome . We ate every night at The Cornish Arms and the meals were lovely as was the breakfast . We had a room facing on to main road and had no real problem with noise from traffic and certainly didn't hear a lot of noise from the bar after we had gone to bed. This was such an enjoyable stay we will definitely stay there again .

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time the landlady is a star and the staff are great a proper country pub with lovely people. Great food as well thanks to all. Xx
