The Cornishman Inn

A very friendly, homely pub. The food was good and the staff were polite . The room I stayed in was lovely, clean and fresh. The rooms are away from the pub so there is no problem with noise. The breakfast was good. Free parking and WIFI was great.

A very middle of the road, family and dog-friendly pub. Food is basic, but tasty and reasonably priced (£8-10 for a main course, £3 for a pint). Music choice was right up our street (classic rock) and the choice of beers was good. A good choice after a days walking or visit to the castle and you aren't looking for high cuisine but a hearty meal and a beer.

The inn is perfectly located for the Tintagel Castle and has a private car park. The rooms are rather small and a bit dated, but that is reflected in the price. The pub area is huge and offers a selection of cornish ales at only £3 per pint. Food was tasty and the portions were generous. Full English breakfast was included and was served 9-10am.

The family had a very pleasant lunch with drinks. Quality of the food was good at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Did not stay but dropped in got couple pints one sunny afternoon. Decent beer. Good garden area with few bits for kids kept them happy while we sat in sun. Little booth selling simple kids meals was a fun idea.

Stopped here for a meal whilst passing by. You won't go hungry. I had the rib-eye steak with chilli topping from the special board. This was a real gut-buster of a meal that I couldn't finish. The food was all well cooked and served by cheerful staff.

Nice place but funny pub, not sure it knows what sort of customer it wants. Two very different visits recently and both have only had one drink and gone somewhere else

Great pub and a friendly welcome. Really good beer prices !

Small and cosy,unlike many larger establisments.Nice room,excellent meals, friendly, helpful staff. Would certainly stay here again.
