Think the staff are excellent food is always nice in a friendly family pub
Lovely, it is our local but we hardly ever turn up. However we thought we would for Bank Holiday Monday. It was lovely, very smart! And clean. Also very friendly, plenty of stuff going on, but in a really nice way. Would certainly recommend this place for a lovely time x
I love the place they do a excellent pint of Stella pluss the food is lovely! All the staff are friendly and very welcoming
Hunters chicken pie is lovely .will defo be back for more

Better than the 6 medals that we visited last night. Just shows you that a bit of care & attention in the kitchen pays off. Salad sides are lovely & fresh, mac n cheese lovely, not overcooked. Hubbys Burger & Dads Pie spot on. Staff lovely. Will defo be back! Why wouldn’t we? Day off & great experience x
We where in the little room upstairs, comfy, but could have done with either air conditioning or be able to open the windows and the toilets upstairs could do with a overhaul. Excellent bar service. Good night
Food is very nice plenty to choose from staff friendly , refit is good but think there have been seating loss on account if those booths , don't get me wrong they are great but I dont think you should be able to reserve them because you can't afford to there isn't enough seating so stop putting reserved on them no matter who you are !!!!
A great local pub. Had a meal on Thursday evening. As it was steak night you get a free drink with your steak order. Nice surprise. Steak really tender and great value at £8.45
the food was very dissapointing won't be going back the steak was a big chunk of grissel cooked totally different to how I asked it was almost impossible to chew or cut through it chicken was that dry it looked plastic on the outside very dry the gammon wasn't in one piece it was all cut up n twisted together the sausage was just a cheap frozen sausage the frys were crap n I felt bad after it really really dissapointed I wasted my money here not to forget my glass wasn't seethrough it was mucky white ! So all in all I got a a mixed grill n the best part about it was the onion rings ! My partner got a Sunday dinner it had no mash on it and her meat was the same as mine very hard to cut an it wasn't exactly thick either
