Good evening to all our lovely customers!
I am the manager of The Cosy Cat Cafe and in my free time I thoroughly enjoy illustrating animals.
The generosity of our customers never ceases to surprise me and has inspired me to set up my pet portrait page in order to donate a percentage of the proceeds to the care of our rescue cats.
... My prices range from £60 upwards depending on the detail and time it takes.
Look forward to seeing you in the cafe soon! 😸❤️

Lenny is a Siamese cross cat cat who urgently needs a home. He is 11 years old. Unfortunately rehoming has become necessary owing to the owner undergoing cancer treatment and her susceptibility to allergies. He is a loving cat, very fluffy, who loves a cuddle and his belly stroked. He likes to nap and loves his food. He enjoys going outside when the weather is fine but prefers to stay in when cold or rainy. He would suit a house without other pets but is used to older children. He is neutered, micro chipped and up to date with vaccinations. He has had his annual check up with the same vet since he was born and is in good health. He has been fed on good quality food and would be a loving addition to any house.

National Autistic Society Autism Hour The Cosy Cat Café has teamed up with the leading autism society to hold an autism hour on Friday 12th October at 3pm. During this time we will have dimmed lights, the music will be turned off and staff and customers will be asked to speak quietly. People with autism are all different but they may be sensitive to light, sound, taste, touch, smell or colour. This can make everyday life difficult for them. Social situations and change can le...ad to extreme levels of anxiety. We will have information in the café for anyone who would like to find out more about this lifelong development disability that effects how sufferers perceive the world and interact with others. More than 1 in 100 people are on the autism spectrum, including an estimated 700,000 people in the UK. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please share our post, lets all get a better understanding of Autism.

lovely relaxing place .The cats can come and have cuddles if they wish or escape if they're not in the mood. they all seem so happy, relaxed and content in there surroundings.

The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about there fur babies. Nothing was too much trouble and the cake was amazing. could literally sit here all day. thanks to the staff for doing such an amazing thing for these cats. will be back as often as possible xxx

What a wonderful experience my first visit was today. The cats are obviously very content, even though some are still getting used to their new surroundings. The inside is very well thought out with high, mid range and lower places for the little darlings to relax and a very safe space to the rear for cats who prefer the open air. The service I received was second to none and the staff are truly wonderful and very easy to talk to. Thank you so much for a lovely time. Dave from Cats in Crisis ♥♥♥

What a lovely experience my second visit was, I was spoiled rotten. A three tier cake tray full of delicious vegan sandwiches, fruit and cakes which made my taste buds explode with delight. Yet again the staff and service were exemplary. Panda was in his usual place in the window nonchalantly posing for all the passers by, so laid back, and little Bobby was enjoying all the attention he could get, he is certainly one very cool and extremely friendly cat who likes nothing more than being fussed. There was a whitish cat high up (sorry, I can’t remember his/her name) staring down inquisitively, wondering what all the fuss was about. I finally got to meet Chris and that alone was an experience to saviour, such a wonderful caring woman. All in all, today was certainly a day that I will look back on as one of the best experiences outside working at cats in crisis I have had for quite a while. Thank you Chris and all your wonderful staff for a great time. Hope to see you all again soon

Went today for afternoon tea with friends. Hannah and the rest of the girls made us very welcome. The cats are very healthy and happy and didn’t seem at all bothered by us being there. Two of the cats really enjoyed being fed treats. I would highly recommend a visit. If you like cake and cats, what’s not to like. X

User

We visited for the first time today and had a lovely time. The cats are very friendly and obviously content and well cared for and the cat nanny (sorry didn’t get your name) spent time with us telling us all about the cats and their personalities. Would definitely recommend if you’re a cat lover. We had sandwiches today but plan to go back for afternoon tea.

User

We visited The Cosy Cat Cafe today and absolutely loved it. The cats are so cute we loved them all they are all such happy cats. The staff are so very welcoming and so friendly. We had tea and cake and the cake is so delicious, we can’t wait to visit again.

User

Visited for the first time today: the staff were really welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful and the cats were just lovely!

All the cats we got to meet (a few were sleeping) were sociable, playful and friendly and clearly very happy in their new home, loving the attention from staff and visitors

The cake and coffee was a fab too - delicious! Can’t wait to go back again soon

User

Such a cute Cafe to visit, lovely lay out. Staff is very friendly and willing to give background information about the cats. Cats obviously as adorable as you expect them to be. Drinks, cakes and sandwiches available plenty of choice. I had a chocolate milk and carrot cake, no regrets. The cafe is also very clean.

User

My first visit and I'll definitely be returning. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the Cat Nanny, who was on hand to answer any questions and to make sure that all of the cats were happy, which they very much seemed to be. They were able to come and go as and when they wanted to, and they really seemed to enjoy the attention they were given. The food was delicious, and try as I might, there was so much that I couldn't eat it all and had to take some home with me. A lovely way to spend some time.

User

My first time at a Cat Cafe! I read through some of the other reviews, and the negative ones are obviously from people who’ve never stepped foot inside. We were booked in at short notice and the food & drink was nice. The cats are comfortable, relaxed and calm and come in and out at their own pace. We & the other customers were happy to sit and enjoy watching the cats do as they please. It’s clean, air conditioned, secure quiet space and for a good cause - what’s not to like?

User

Lovely place. I popped in today on my own (I never normally do that!) and was given a very warm welcome. It is clear that the cats’ welfare is so important and they do very nice cake. I hope management are aware that apart from giving the cats a lovely home, they are probably helping so much with the mental well being of their human customers

User

Lovely place! I walked in spontaneously, looking for a coffee to revive me a bit.

Best choice ever. The cat nannies are fab, are happy to talk about the cats, and I felt honoured when Panda sat on the table next to me. I even managed to give Woody some chin rubs which he thanked me for with an adorable meow.

It's great to see the cats so relaxed in their new home and my latte was tasty. Definitely got my cat fix. Added bonus was the air conditioning, cats and visitors won't overheat. I'll definitely be going back.

User

I would have stayed all day if I could. A lovely cafe, with very friendly and attentive staff. Also a great selection of yummy gluten free cakes too!! The cats are free to come and go as they please between the cafe and their garden space so they are all very happy and comfortable. Just be patient and gentle with them as they are still getting used to people and I imagine learning to trust again, they are all so adorable and love having a stroke. Was great to chat with Hannah, one of the cat nannies and get to know a bit more about them all. Best part of my visit was a lady asking me if she could pay for her drinks, was sad to say I didn’t work there (but I wish I did). Good luck with everything and thank you for a lovely time, I will be back.

User

I went in today with my sister in law. What a lovely place. The Cats happy , content and now have a loving home. The cat nannies just purrfect. I could have stayed all day. We were made very welcome. I had a cuddle with Chips, played with Panda and had the best time. All the cats are just beautiful. I will be back. If you are a cat lover this is the best cafe. It’s a calm environment and I loved it. I wish you all the very best. Xxxxxxx

User

I visited the Cosy Cat Cafe today for lunch with my partner and our good friends. We had a great time, i like the structure of entering the property to help protect and secure the cats from running off or worse. The cats seem very happy and really well treated with air conditioning and cat tree like climbing frames throughout, all the staff were very kind and helpful, and happy to inform us of their focus on giving the cats a happy home. The food and drink was lovey not a single cat hair anywhere! Despite what others may presume (obviously people have not stepped foot into the cafe) I would highly recommend to anyone who loves cats.

User

I took my parents who love cats but are no longer able to have one.

Visiting the cats filled that missing gap along with tea and cake they loved it.

The cats are very well looked after they come to you and are all very relaxed

Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant! So lovely to have something like this in the local area and not have to travel to London for it! The cats are SO well cared for and the environment is set up perfectly for them. Staff are so friendly and care so deeply about the cats. Will definitely be visiting again.
