Well me an my husband come here every week the staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble came here Christmas Day with Family food was good An service was too but food is good An steaks are very reasonable all food is very reasonably priced to suit all pockets even for families it’s our favourite place that’s why we come back week after week a big well done to you Jamie an all your lovely staff for making it such a friendly place to come 😘

We stopped here for a meal last night after my son said "That looks nice" - He wasn't wrong!!

Amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Unsure of the waitresses name but she had beautiful curly hair. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made you feel welcome.

Food was lovely - not many chips tho and the pizzeria was amazing. My son loved being able to watch his pizza being made and cooked.

Will definitely be back next time we are in Newcastle under Lyme x

We love it we eat there regularly, great service, great staff, great food can not fault it. It’s not a huge problem but there was not enough chips with my order but again it’s not a huge problem, we’ll be eating there again very soon I’m sure ...

First visit since the rebrand and menu changes and I have to say the food was beautiful. They no longer do the two for one deal but meal prices have come down so prices work out the same. The food was delicious and the steak I had was cooked just how I like it. The food was overshadowed however by our server Laura, and the reason for my review. She was helpful, friendly and very cheery. Everything was brought with a smile and I hope management see this and pass on praise to her for her fantastic customer service :)

12 of us went for my dad's birthday good range of food so everyone found what they wanted to eat. Our waitress Stacy was amazing gold star for her fantastic service. Hope management see this report.

I visited with my family (2 adults and 2 children -8 and 2years) for my husbands birthday. We arrived at around 5:15pm on a Sunday and had to wait around 10 minutes for a table. Have been here before but not for a good while and things had changed a little such as full table service now which was nice � food wait time was fine (around 10-15 mins) and was lovely (we had steak and kids had chicken and fish kids meals). There was only one item out of stock which was a starter and they offered a similar alternative so wasn't a problem, desserts were great too. No problems whatsoever and kids also loved the play area outside. Will definitely come again soon! �

Went for a meal with work, 12 people, and it wasn't great. Service was okay, minus the fact the waitor was not listening to me for what I was ordering. Meals came and I had the burger, no bap, salad and chips. The burger was practically charcoal, hardly any chips on the plate for anyone at the table, salad didn't turn up. Burger sauce didn't turn up had to ask for both. Don't think big groups are something they can deal with as there was a lot of rushing around. Worst experience I've had here and I'm extremely disappointed.

However last night was not a good experience...we were sat down immediately and our waitress was lovely so no issue there..ordered starters and mains..waited ages for starter and then only 1 arrived!!...partner ate his and i waited and waited for mine but it never arrived....our waitress took it off the bill...wait even longer for main meal which was ok when it xame but had cold chips and dried peas!!
