I am a very experienced BACP Counsellor trained in different approaches, such as Psychodynamic, Integrative, Brief Solution Focussed therapy, CBT and Mental Health and Substance Misuse.

I work with, Individual clients, Couples and Young People.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked for a number of years in various agency settings such as local Counselling Services, Drug and Alcohol Services, Rape and Sexual Abuse Services and Mental Health organisations, covering work with, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Addiction and Severe and Enduring Anxiety, Depression and Agrophobia. My work has included supporting individuals and families and Couples with social care needs, bereavement and separation and family breakdown.

My clients have been key in extending my experience and understanding of both my theoretical knowledge and continuing personal development. It has added great value to what I am able to offer in terms of understanding. I am able to give professional support for personal concerns and difficulties.

Community Mental Health Level 3
Sexual Abuse Counselling

Certificate in Counselling Adolescents and Young People.
Various trainings in Substance Misuse and Eating Disorders, including various trainings in Mental Health including: Inpatient and Community Mental Health and Mother and Baby Settings.
