The County Hotel

Great Central location. Right beside the station and free parking. Grand old building which of course needs tlc. Our room was recently decorated and the bathroom was yet to be upgraded, but I'm sure this will happen in due course. Great value city centre accommodation.

Hotel is in need of updating but food was fantastic staff are friendly and approachable

It is decent, but cleanliness needs to be improved, and the floorboards are really squeaky

Good place small but quant it's a little old fashioned but that what makes it better the staff are hard working and the food is good

I've never stayed anywhere so noisy in my life. This place is right next to a lot of noisy pubs and on a Saturday night will be so loud no one could sleep through the racket of music and drunk people. The headboard fell on top of me in the night as well.

Nice hotel and standard breakfast room was just abit to hot.

Good budget hotel. Friendly staff. Could do with a bit of an update though in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great value for money

Rooms on main street quite noisy, but to be expected. Complimentary earplugs are provided but not really enough to help! The room was very clean, 24 hour reception was helpful. Generally a nice enough stay for a few nights
