Introducing the newest member of our fizz collection! 🥂 Owned by Bollinger, Ayala is an award winning champagne known for its chardonnay driven freshness and delicate style; the perfect tipple for these hot summer days ☀️ This month we are not only offering Ayala Brut and Ayala Rose by the glass, but also a selection of Ayala cocktails at 2 for £12 or £7.50 each! What a way to round off this summer 🥂🍾
Our latest addition to the cow craft beer collection is none other than our first raspberry pale ale. Fierce Beers’ love for the Scottish dessert Cranachan, sparked the creation of this one of a kind oat pale ale. With a 5.5% ABV this sweet beer certainly packs a punch that only enhances is complex flavours of fresh raspberry, sweet Caramalt and the unique biscuity aroma of torrified oats. #drinkinbrighton #sevendials #craftbeerbrighton #fiercebeer #fruitbeer #cranachankiller #raspberrypaleale
This summer the cow is offering the light refreshing taste of blue moon with the fruity warmth of sangria. This revolutionary drink combines the leading wheat beer with refreshing white grape juice and juicy orange flavours as well as a dash of triple sec and lime for a little kick. A combination that only enhances this already delicious beer and provides that refreshing summer beverage perfect for post work summer relaxation. 🍊 #bluemoon #wheatbeer #craftbeer #craftbeerbrighton #summerinbrighton #brighton #sevendials

Tasty Burger, great chips and an ace Bloody Mary topped of with a sofa to retire on after! Perfect Saturday afternoon :-)
Popped in for lunch yesterday, all i can say is outstanding, staff were attentive food was amazing , had the set menu excellent value for money , will be back
One of my favourite places. Cocktails are superb and finally arrived at a time to try the food which was delicious. The staff are always welcoming, which i appreciate as I'm often on my own.
Lush burgers and awesome staff! From bar tender to bar tender, don't let the shitty customers get you down! You guys rock :)
Lovely, happy staff, who know who to make great classic cocktails. Thank you for hosting our perfect Sunday. Bloody Mary was on point, loved the Camden stout and followed my tasty roast with a perfect espresso martini. It's clear that you have a great team at the cow. Thanks guys! X
Great place lovely atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. We had the most amazing Sunday roast, no complaints at all.
Highly recommend it, well worth the visit x
Great new year eve drinks with my husband , nice atmosphere fantastic music 🤗we come a lot with family and friends. Need to try the food as well heard it’s really good . 😁
Been here a few times. Burgers were great, wings were ace. Great selection of beers. Service was great. I can’t fault the place.
Been for lunch at The Cow today as they have new Chefs, food was lovely! Definately recommend, also really friendly staff!
Always liked The Cow but this evening this review is well deserved as you saved a leaving dinner in more ways than one. Accommodating such a large group short notice, perfect and friendly service, great food and drinks ! Thank you so much ! Will definitely be returning ! Ps: your chips are amazing !
Not eaten there, but my bloke and me love it. Always "pop" in as the first stage of our "adventure" Saturday. Nice atmosphere, nice surroundings. Oh reasonably clean toilets, always important to point out in a review. The girl that served us recommended some nice wine too.
Loved the roast, Yorkshire pudding didn't blow me away, but it could have done with a lot more gravy on the plate, which may have been the reason. But everything else was excellent
nice, laid back place.
Very disappointed with the new roast by Flank. The Cow used to do awesome roasts but what I had today wasn't anywhere near the quality served before. Beef was mostly fat and lukewarm on arrival, potatoes did not in my opinion taste like they had been roasted in duck fat. Half a parsnip croquet was nice but was so small it was laughable. Won't be coming back for a roast again until you change the kitchen. Such a shame as I loved the roasts you served previously.
Staff really slow at the bar, overcharged, cold food served on cold plates. Waitress was fine but the rest of the staff didn't seem to give a toss. Bourne out by the fact that I wrote to complain, and no reply. Do yourself a favour and go to any of the other places around the Dials doing Sunday roast. Very disappointed and pricey
Don’t forget this is a pub and not a burger bar. No under 18s after 8pm.
Disappointing experience today at the Cow. When we arrived as a party of 8 having reserved we were not greeted with a smile and felt more of an inconvenience to the staff than valued customers. Given your prices decent service should be part of the package. Loads of small issues. Inconsistent Bloody Mary's where only half the glass was full , bit cheeky for £7 each. We waited over an hour for our food and weren't informed of the wait ahead of time. I felt like the staff knew we were waiting but wanted to avoid talking to us about it. The Sunday roast was actually pretty good but by this point the experience was tainted. Roast potatoes were missed off one of the plates but the issue was quickly resolved. We were asked how the food was when the plates were collected on our way out , too late to do anything if it wasn't okay. Easier to avoid talking to your customers?! Sorry guys but maybe you need more experienced front of house staff required on busy days .
Went for a Sunday Roast today... Chose this place as high ratings on trip advisor. Unfortunately we suffered slow service, starters and mains brought out at the same time, so mains went cold... Would advise anyone if you do go, not to have the lamb as it is definitely not cooked as described on the menu. Really disappointed...
