With over 40 years combined experience, Robyn, Sammy and Gabriel offer a tranquil space for the body and mind to reconnect. The Crescent Studio is the result of our passion and understanding of how movement with awareness and strength can enrich your quality of life both inside and outside of the studio. Our fun, challenging, interesting and anatomically correct teaching enables you to gain a better understanding of how your body works. Our philosophy is to provide a space for you to feel positive, present and and challenged. We have a huge variety of daytime and evening classes, from Sunrise and Shine Yoga to Disco Barre and Pre-hab Pilates. Suitable for all abilities and ages, we even have classes just for teens!
