It's lovely weather to host a Cross Country fixture for Warwick @WPS_Sport, running through the Forest School and Conservation Area.

SENDco teacher, Mrs Kate Bull led an assembly with a difference – children sang their 8 times tables to Glee’s ‘Don’t stop believin’! It was great fun and also demonstrated how effective (VAK) Visual, Auditory and Kinesthic ways of learning can be.

Children in Years 5 & 6 welcomed Warrior Boy author Virginia Clay to the Theatre today. Not only did Virginia (who lives in Kenya) give the children top tips on imaginative writing but also what to do if you are bitten by a snake and how to battle a crocodile!@VClayAuthor

Year 1 had a shock yesterday in the Forest with visits from BB-8, Darth Vadar and a Storm Trooper! They loved chasing BB-8 in the beginning, but shortly afterwards decided to befriend it! @BritSciAssoc

Children from Thomas Jolyffe & The Croft enjoyed The National Space Centre’s Planetarium today. The Space Centre has challenged the children to show their parents the star constellations: The Great Bear, Orion the Hunter & Queen Cassiopeia.
