Hi all, we're considering opening as a family friendly Bistro at the weekends in place of the 'Pop-up' nights. It won't be gourmet food - typical menu will include favourites, steak, pasta, pizza, burgers etc with a few 'specials'; but it will be good food, homemade, home-cooked and served with a smile. We would like your opinions please.... Do we stick with the once-a-month Pop-up's, or would you like to see a Family friendly Bistro?
