The Cumberland Inn

Me and my friend stayed one night whilst doing the Isaacs Tea Trail 36 mile walk. The staff and regulars made us feel very welcome. The owner Guy was very helpful. The Beer and food was excellent staying for Dinner Bed and Breakfast. Lovely log fire. Bedroom nice also. Would highly recommend.

Great friendly and helpful staff, good selection of drinks, dog friendly, great views over the park and fells, real fire and just a nice place to relax.

Myself and 8 friends used the Cumberland inn for a midway stop on a coast to coast bike ride.
After riding all day the beer and food was top class and the staff were really friendly. They provided bike storage as well and set us on our way with a great breakfast.

Fantastic real ale and lovely home cooked food. Freindly staff and great landlord and landlady. A warm and cosy pub.
