Daisy Birthing and Daisy Baby classes with The Daisy Foundation: Southampton
Daisy Birthing classes are a dynamic combination of antenatal education, yoga inspired active birth movements, relaxation and birth hypnosis techniques, breathing techniques and the change to meet other new mums as you prepare for a calm, confident and positive birthing experience. This mums only class is accepting of all birth choices and is all about you having a positive birth experience no matter your birth journey.
Daisy Baby classes start with the wonderful Daisy Tinies classes which bring together baby massage, baby yoga, soothing techniques and fun songs and rhymes for baby with relaxation, infant education topics tailored to baby's milestones, and gentle postnatal movements for mum. This class progresses on to a more energetic Daisy Wrigglers where babies can explore new sensory experiences alongside baby yoga, story time, songs and rhymes and social time too! Mums are always treated to refreshments after class and time to chat and build friendships. Tinies can be attended from when baby reaches 6 weeks - approx 20 weeks and then Wrigglers takes them all the way up to crawling.
