The Daisy Birthing® program has been developed in to our own powerful Active Antenatal™ method, helping you to learn your antenatal education in a truly effective way - anchored to your breath, your body and your movement - exactly where you will need it on your baby's birthing day. Our unique use of gentle flowing moves, incorporating some of our trademark “Rotate to Dilate” and “Accelerator Pedal” birth-oriented positions will have you riding the waves of your labour with ease!

Daisy Birthing® will help you stay active in pregnancy, ease those pregnancy symptoms and prepare for a confident and calmer birth!

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks and can be repeated. Many mums like to fit in two terms so they can really build on the relaxation and techniques they learn in their first term. They run in 6 week terms (priced at £60) and are held in the back room of The Drayton Centre (PO6 1PA) on Tuesday evenings, 7. 30-9pm.

Daisy Baby classes are all about active bonding and we realise that bonding happens in arms, not on mats. We understand that in those first tentative weeks baby needs to be in your arms and in them quite a lot! By bringing together positive touch, baby yoga inspired movement, movement for mum and relaxation into one complete class with lots of opportunity to have babe in arms, mums find they are usually able to participate for longer and with more enjoyment! And when baby feels it is all too much, our beautiful white noise lullabies soothe them off to sleep.

Daisy Baby classes also run in 6 week terms and currently cost £42.
Wednesday afternoons, 1. 30-2. 30pm, The Drayton Centre, PO6 1PA.
Friday afternoons, 1-2pm, Portsmouth Yoga Studio, PO4 0JW.
