brilliant food! I have eaten here a few times now and always so so good :-)

Would like to highly recommend this fish and chip shop, very good food with an extensive menu, very polite and helpful staff and the hours items open are very helpful if u like me work different hours

Very nice food, none of that rubbish you get at takeaways, would highly recommend this place to any one.

Very friendly staff and the food is top nosh portion are large well worth the money and a very good selection

The House Special Mixed Kebab is a masterpeice! Far too big and I have no idea how they make it for the price, but the freshly cooked meats were excellent, as was the salad. The kids said the fish and chips was amazing so no arguements there either!



The staff seemed to be working like a well oiled machine, quite a sizeable place and clearly well run.

Only chip shop that the family go to! Recommend to everyone!! Welcoming and friendly staff, delicious food, great portions. Definitely the only chip shop you need to go too!

Family tried this place after hearing about the quality from a friend. Dante's is undoubtedly the best take-away in Carlisle. Chips taste fresh and home-cooked, different to anywhere else. With fantastic value for portion size, friendly and polite staff and plentiful choice I would definitely recommend to anyone! Don't waste your time going anywhere else folk!

Dantes is the best in Carlisle. Fantastic fresh food excellent service always quick friendly and polite. Lots of fab foods to choose from. My favourite is the Chicken wrap and Garlic Chicken Pizza but love it all really.

Can never go wrong here, the pizzas are to die for, and the one thing I appreciate is the chips are proper chips chips. Deff recommend to everyone x x

Best pizza in town �

Arranged for food for my daughters 10th birthday party for 24 children to collect at 5.10pm. Collection was ready on time and very well organised. There was enough food for the adults as well � The pizza's were the best. The garlic pizza with cheese disappeared fast. The kids loved it and we're asking where we got it from ! Thank you for the reliable service and food quality. Will definitely be back �

I got a haggis pizza and special kebab totally brilliant and staff really nice definitely going there from now on 👍👍🍕🌯❤

Friendly staff, willing to take time to really listen to your full orders. All foods a,along, tasty etc , so pleased to have them here for us, cater for all folk too, hungry appetites to smaller ones

Chips were nice. Rest of meal went in bin. Ordered chicken kebabs, was expecting nice succulent chunks of chicken that has been in a marinade and on a spit (the same way a doner is cooked). What we got were rubbery flat chicken steaks that had probably been reheated more than once and we're swimming in grease.

Rubbish chips were cold and looked like they have been Sat for awhile and you forgot to put my curry sauce in.
