Our lamb is exactly what we like to see served, reared on the family farm near Okehampton.
When we don’t rear our own, Dartmoor Farmers meat can be found served, even in our delicious homemade pies.

Homely, comfortable ensuite B& B accommodation is available, followed by a hearty traditional English breakfast.

The fantastic location is ideal for exploring Dartmoor, whether it is on foot, by bicycle, on horseback or by car. Voted ‘Best Market Town’ in 2005, the nearby town of Tavistock offers many independent food shops, craft fairs and antique fairs. For those history buffs, The Tavistock Museum is home to a wide range of exhibits throughout the year on the Dartmoor area.

2 miles in the opposite direction, Princetown, the highest town on the moor and home of Dartmoor Prison and it’s museum. The Dartmoor National Parks High Moorland Visitor Centre is also situated here. The village is also on the Thomas Tyrwitt route that enables the visitor to walk along the disused Railway Track on to the open moor.
