The Dee Hotel

This place is consistent in one thing... being hit and miss. And strangely they seem to have stopped serving Sunday lunch... or at least last time we popped in they had.

Service somewhat impersonal. A sparse interior, which feels downmarket. The place lacks a cosiness overall, due to its layout. Food is good.

Was quiet when we went but food was delivered to us fast, they didn't have my coleslaw as they ran out but food was alright.

You get what you pay for. It is a good place to have a cheap meal out and a nice drink. There is a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They could improve on cleanliness and vegetarian options!

Another fine old building, this time in the center of West Kirby, one large room with the bar in the middle and an outside seating area at the rear. The place has a nice quality feel about it with stained glass windows on one side and beautiful wood panelling on the other and some very impressive old fireplaces. The furnishings are clean and of good quality and comfortable. I visited at 2 o'clock midweek for a nice hot Vindaloo and a glass or two of wine. Fairly quiet so service was good and friendly. Enjoyed my visit and went home happy.

Not my favourite wetherspoons. It has the same offers obviously, but the decor is quite dated and it's not as clean as other 'spoons.

Good food and beer at reasonable price.

Great staff,graeat food recommend it to eat,drink and socialise.

Cosy and warm on a cold Winters late afternoon. Pleasant atmosphere. Good lighting. :-D.
