The Dental Hygiene Suite is a new dedicated direct access dental hygiene only practice that offers a flexible, caring and efficient dental cleaning service without the need to see a dentist first.

Welcome to the first independent direct access dental hygiene practice in Cornwall. The Dental Hygiene Suite offers a great new flexible, caring and efficient dental cleaning service where you can now walk-in or book an appointment with a dental hygienist without the need to visit a dentist first. This means that you are able to continue to see your NHS / private dentist as normal elsewhere and visit us for your dental hygiene appointments (cosmetically or for the treatment of gum disease).

We pride ourselves in spending quality time on treating patients complemented by providing a thorough yet gentle approach.

We understand many patients are often nervous, anxious and may suffer with sensitive teeth. These can be just some of the reasons why patients avoid seeing the hygienist. With our friendly and calming surrounding we will ensure that your time spent with us is a pleasant one.

At the Dental Hygiene Suite we treat all patients individually and tailor our treatments around your needs and lifestyle.

Direct Access
The government changed the ‘rules’ in 2013 to allow the general public to freely choose to see any hygienist without the need to see a dentist first.
Direct access enables you to book an appointment directly with us at your convenience. You can also be referred by your dentist too!

About Us
The Dental Hygiene Suite is due to open in May 2016 and was founded by Catherine Owers and Leon Leondiades.

We offer a dedicated direct access dental hygiene service that can be accessed by all, whether directly “walking in off the street”, by appointment or on a referral basis by your dentist.
