Communal areas are nice, bedrooms dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, dust everywhere. The bathroom is original from the 1970's, it's been repaired so many times it's mainly mastik. The location is lovely - if it hadn't of been I would have left.
Went to wedding fayre no real insight to the hotel as a whole but the area we did see was nice
Loved the peaceful location and beautiful views from this hotel right on the edge of the lake. The rooms were comfortable, good food and the staff were so professional, friendly and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back to stay here again very soon 😊
Really nice hotel set in beautiful grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend.
A quiet location next to a lake. Self catered rooms include a kitchen with all utensils and dishware. Overall very cosy. Dogs are allowed at a charge.
Lovely views and a nice place to stop off on the way round derwentwater
Wonderful location ,lovely gardens friendly staff, some of the decoration could be updated to make it better.
Terrible food. Terrible waiting on staff. Lost character in the hotel. Still cosy
We stayed in the apartments and Ireland is a great location for good walking. Brekkie taken in the hotel is a good start to the day.
