Just got back from my latest meeting to these beautiful bunch of flowers and a lovely thank you card from a client. Brought tears to my eyes. #proudofmybusiness

Just a heads up for anyone who end up losing their home because of DWP/UC sanctions that remove their JSA and ESA. Please ensure that anyone you know who is sanctioned understands that there is help. If your money is stopped you can go to the council and fill in a Nil Income form. That will reinstate rent and council tax and give access to further help like meter credits, foodbank vouchers and emergency cash payments. This info is not readily available sadly and it should be. The authorities will only deal with it if you ask specifically which is a disgrace.so if your benefits have been sanctioned then remember help is still available.

When a client calls you, praising you for the work you have done, as they are overwhelmed that their case has won, and offer you a bonus - which I gladly declined, because the happiness in my clients voice means more to me than money!!!!

Top tip: when applying for any disability benefit, in the run up to completing the form make sure you keep a well documented diary of all additional /extra time you need to take for each activity. This will help you immensely when filling in each section of the forms.

This is just appalling, there is a massive difference between disabled accessible and disabled usability!!!
