About The Dog Haus
A loaded hot dog dine-in by the sea!
The Dog Haus Description
Being in The Dog Haus has never looked better. A new gourmet hot dog restaurant The Dog Haus has launched at Brighton’s iconic seafront venue Patterns.
Feeding the hungry folk of Brighton with fully-loaded hot dogs plus free chips on the house every weekday after work (when you buy a drink) The Dog Haus is Brighton’s very own celebration of sausage.
The menu features utterly delicious and slightly barking-mad toppings inspired by tongue-in-cheek themes such as the Acid Haus Dog - in homage to the retired acid house generation of Brighton - BBQ bourbon pulled pork and deep fried potato smileys; and the British seaside inspired Booze Hound – a pork frank drowned in crispy Brighton beer batter and served with mushy peas, pickled red onion and homemade ketchup.
More well-behaved dogs on the menu include the all-American classic Happy Days - A pork frank stacked with caramelised & crispy onions, classic ketchup & Frenchies mustard; and vegan The Hand of Dog - an Argentinian inspired dog loaded with caramelised onion, pickled aubergines, green peppers, crispy smoked tofu & tangy chimichurri with optional smokey Metsovone cheese.
All our dogs are supplied by the award winning The Sausage Man, have a minimum 85% lean meat and come squeezed into a brioche bun of joy! The menu will also offer a selection of ‘loaded chips’ including Seaweed Salted, Four Cheese chips, and Chilli Beef Chips.
