very impressed, the burgers were fantastic, staff were very friendly, decent prices. We were so pleased ,we went back the following day before we went home. Highly recommended

Went with a disabled friend in a wheelchair but staff went out of their way to accommodate us, despite it being a very small place. Good use of mirror to create illusion of more space. Food was tasty and plentiful. Service was good. 👍

We were passing by while looking for somewhere for a late lunch. Food was really tasty and a good price. Good vegetarian selection. All staff really friendly. Would recommend and we will return.

Visited the street bar today for lunch and the food was amazing. Especially given how reasonably priced it was too!

Stoped for lunch here by chance. Absolutely loved it. The sandwich was so tasty and the milkshake so smooth and creamy! Would recommend!

Had breakfast here this morning. Everything about the place was brilliant.

Great pub and lovely atmosphere. Perfect way to end our shopping trip to York! We'll definitely be back.

Good service and great food, very good prices. We enjoyed our staying there. A bit hidden, also I could hear people walking on the street wondering what's the pub's name, as it is not really visible. Otherwise, great experience, will go again.

Easily the best Old Fashioned in York. Just done a four bar crawl with Old Fashions at each and can easily call this my cocktail home away from home. It will soon become my regular haunt. The two barmen are also class. Well done.

Could't decide where to go for lunch fell in to this place friendly staff and the food was gorgeous 5* defo going back there for food. If your looking to go for something to eat in york this is the place for food.

Cannot give this place enough praise. Staff are always polite and attentive. Food is excellent and the drinks selection is varied.

Went for breakfast with my mother lovely place and the scrambled egg on bloomer was tasty. eggs abit under cooked there was still clear egg white that wasn't cooked but was only in parts of the scrambled egg still very tasty

Happened upon here for Sunday breakfast and was impressed the full English was delicious and plentiful at a very reasonable price too.

First night out in York the other night ended up in here not a bad spot. Some class rock music on the second floor only issue I had was the cola from the taps was flat but just stuck with bottles. Will be back :)

A great find yesterday. Looking for some quick tasty food yesterday, when we came across The Drawing Board. Fab service, lovely atmosphere and very tasty food, all at a reasonable price. Thank you, see you soon �

Just been turned away from the café.....Really disappointed that a group of 9 friends met up in York and were turned away because "We can't do 9 orders!" I'm baffled as to why because there were more than 9 people being served. The waiter didn't even ask us if we were happy to order in groups of 3 and stagger our order and there was certainly enough seats for us all. VERY STRANGE! Plus, turning away customers is a bizarre business move.

I came to drawing board tonight looking for a cherry lollipop and they didn't have disarrano which I understand it's not always easy to have stock in. Instead I chose a 7 pound cocktail but was told by the bartender that I could not have that at this time. The time being 3am. Instead I settled for a Malibu and lemonade which was served to me with coke instead. Reluctantly I paid and the bartender said "you took too long to decide" Normally I have a great time in here but tonight not so. Plus used the toilets and there was no soap. Only generally come here as it's the only place open till 4am very disappointed tonight. Otherwise the bouncers and the staff are great generally just this one bad experience with a bartender not the bouncers who were nice and friendly
