Closing our shop is necessary to reduce unnecessary contact with each other to help stop the spread of the Corona Virus. We must take this virus seriously and stay at home so our NHS can do their amazing job of saving lives.
This disease is real - none of us are immune and all of us can spread it - Please give our nation the best chance of recovery by slowing the spread - STAY AT HOME
I will post again soon but from 5pm Monday 23rd March I will be isolating myself and my family and I urge you all to do the same.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT -
It is without doubt that the Corona Virus is going to affect us all and it could be some time before life gets back to normal. Sadly the virus is already having an impact on our brides due to get married in the next couple of months with many having to postpone their wedding until later in the year. We understand how disappointing this is after years of planning for this special day and we truly sympathise with you all. We have been trying to car...ry on business as normal but with so many weddings being cancelled; appointments cancelling due to sickness, our own children needing to be home schooled and relatives needing extra care there will soon come a time when we need to take care of ourselves and sadly we will need to close the shop until things are safer for us all. We will continue to check our email inbox and facebook messages and of course all brides can contact me personally on my mobile number if they wish to. We are here for you all and we will continue to work behind the scenes so that when all of this is over we will be ready to pick up from where we left off. Today marks the day of Ovarian Cancer Month - In Australia where it tragically took my sister Jill Emberson’s life on the 12th December 2019 - Cancer knows no boundaries boarders or countries and when it strikes it tears your world apart! Throughout February The Dressing Room will be donating 10% of all our sales to Target Ovarian Cancer - a UK charity that helps fund research and support to those suffering this horrid female cancer. We need to wake up girls... we can make... a difference! Please check out #Target Ovarian Cancer and watch my sisters story - she was a valiant warrior to the end and we all miss her dearly.
