The Drinks Emporium

Having been to The Drinks Emporium before and had great service and a large selection of drink; I was extremely disappointed to have my latest experiences.
Firstly, having made a special trip to visit their store (and checking on their website that they were open and not having a set event on), I was surprised to be not allowed in through the door as there was a private tasting event on. I was informed of this through the closed door! Having sent an email to express my disappointment, I am still awaiting a response.
My next couple of visits have also led to me being unable to enter the shop. This time, because they have been closed with the shutters down. I hasten to add that these visits were during opening times on days they have meant to be open. Again, their website stated that they were open; as did their phone line message.
If this is the way they think that running a business and treating customers should be...good for them; but I think my money would be better spent elsewhere....
