It was great to welcome John Higgins, co-author of the book β€˜Speak Up! Say what needs to be said and hear what needs to be heard’ today at our weekly Ground Round lecture. Today's theme was all around speaking up in your workplace, so it was fantastic to see such a big turn out and to see staff taking the opportunity to ask John their questions. Thank you to all who took the time to attend! πŸ’¬πŸ’š

There was a really positive response to our World Stroke Day event this week. Along with fun and learning, it gave prospective staff the chance to find out more about our high achieving stroke department. Look out for the next one in the new year!
