Very helpful, explaining the details of the different models (Take Geoff's personality as a well meaning, caring man, with the customers' best interests). My wife and I were able to try out the bikes before ordering. We chose a Freego Hawk each in grey, with the larger batteries. They were ordered, prepared for use, and delivered to our home within 48 hours. On the whole excellent customer service.
