We really enjoyed our sessions with Kim and the 121 approach allowed us to ask a lot of questions, and fit in with our schedule. Even after having an emergency c-section I was still able to practice relaxation which helped prepare me. The only regret I have is for not starting the sessions earlier so I had more time to practice all the techniques!

The affirmation cards are so beautiful I'm tempted to buy a second set! Some of them aren't necessarily pregnancy specific either so they'll be useful for years to come. Such a great product. We've done a hyponobirthing course already so these will be good to go alongside this and if lived closer would definitely consider one of your courses too! Beautiful design on the cards so much better than any other affirmation cards I looked at! � And now I have the non-pregnancy set too and they're just as amazing thanks Kim for another great product!

Kim’s session was a huge boost of encouragement when I was a couple of weeks away from my due date and reflecting on a less than « to plan » first birth experience. Her regular positive affirmation posts were also super helpful to read throughout pregnancy, thank you Kim!
