We received a call from a customer saying JUST EAT rang them and saying the food is not up to standard and they will get a refund. The customer found the call bizarre and rang me. I rang Just Eat to know why they would ring a customer direct without talking to us first, they were very surprised as they had NOT made such a call. The call was from a group of FRAUDSTERS it’s a scam they will lie and make many different excuses... to give you a refund by saying payment failed, many people have complaint about the food or restaurant , you paid twice bank error, the food was late etc... so they need your bank or card details to give you a REFUND once you do they will DO FRAUD ON YOUR CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT . I’ve been on the phone with JUST EAT and the police to get to the bottom of this, JUST EAT are taking this very seriously and are going to take action,
We went on google and put in the number on 180info.co.uk and found a forum with the number where the scammers have cleared peoples account. (I’ve attached the pic)
If anyone orders through JUST EAT from any food outlet and you get a follow up call asking for your bank details to give you a refund by saying you paid twice or any other excuse do not disclose any BANK DETAILS as they will do fraud on your account.
JUST EAT has your details they will NEVER ask for your bank or card details over the phone, if there is a problem with food or money they will have to ring the business first and then contact the customer. If any customer has any issues please ring the food outlet you’ve ordered from or JUST EAT direct on 0344 243 7777.

We as a business are very fortunate that we have loyal customers who believe and trust us hence why the couple rang us. They found the call very bizarre they did not believe the FRAUDSTERS that the food was not up to its standards and they did not want a refund and hanged up the phone to contact us straight away. We are very grateful to the couple.
