Went last night to see how much it'd changed from when it was priory and what an improvement is is! Ended up trying the pizza too (obviously who wouldn't want a pizza whilst getting drunk��) just wow. Freshly made pizza with fresh toppings, you cannot go wrong, we polished the lot��! Hair straighteners and hair dryers in the ladies toilets too, went in the toilet looking like I'd been dragged through a bush backwards, came out looking somewhat nicer�! Definitely be returning on every night out now! Bar staff so friendly and chatty aswell, empty glasses collected swiftly too so they weren't sat on our table for more than 3 minutes, cannot fault the place! Just hope the people of Doncaster actually keep a bar nice as this venue is stunning and needs to be kept this way!

Used to work here the manager is a complete delight to work with and establishment is a great place to chill with a nice cold one x

Me & my best friend went to the gin tasting evening last night & we loved it. This was something we have never done before so it was a lovely change... I think it's great that this bar is offering these nights for people to try something new & have a more chilled out kind of night. The wait for each gin to come was perfect as you were not rushed but you also had chance to drink & enjoy each drink in your own time as they were not taken away until you had finished. The staff were very knowledgeable about the gins & came round table to table with the bottle to tell each one of us individually about the gin that we were given. The complimentary pizza started coming round frequently after the 2nd drink which was great, there was a few different choices plus it was all fresh & delicious. I thought overall it was fantastic value £13.50 for 5 full drinks plus pizza isn't bad at all. Really enjoyed this night & will definitely be looking at any other events that will be happening at this bar, thank you to all the staff we had fantastic night! xx

Lovely place, definitely looks a lot more swarve than priory ever did! Beautiful little oval bar in the centre of the club! Smoking area connected to within the club, well ventilated and very clean venue! Would recommend to anyone who wants to add some class to their night! �

If Wakefield's 'The Establishment' is anything to go by, then Doncaster get ready! From the brains behind Kooky Doncaster, The Establishment offers something a little more special and a real alternative to late night clubbing. Craft beers, cask ales, freshly made pizzas, live music and comedy events/acts, cocktails, wines, luxury interiors and amazing customer service. These guys are revitalising Doncaster's nightlife scene, just as they have in Wakefield with After Dark, Kooky Wakefield and The Establishment... Can't wait to see how to Doncaster version compares and all the quirky little differences... Super classy!!

Had my sister in laws hen party here last night did the £20 cocktail making class with pizza

I organised it through a lady called livvy she was very helpful and accommodating.

Big thanks to SIMBA & DAVE (cant remember his real name) our cocktail makers they were great fun and put up with our banter which was great. Great atmosphere highly reccomed and will deffinalty be coming again ����

Got to say a Top class bar.Need more bar's like this in town.Staff are so friendly music is good.Not tryed the pizza's yet but they look well nice and freshly cooked..If you havent been in yet,get yourselves in you won't be disappointed.Good night last night!!!!!�

Establishment is the place to be without a doubt !! No drama no fighting .. just good people and good drink ���

Cocktail tasting was fab ....... all 4 cocktails were gorgeous and got an insight of how they're made with a little bit of history which was interesting. Plus pizza, which was also beaut and the best bit it only cost £12.50 each.....amazing.



Can't wait for the gin night ��

Absolutely best venue in Doncaster. The music drinks and atmosphere is fantastic. Excellent service from Dan as always. Feel amazingly safe the door team do a fantistic job trying to keep the drunks at bay . Highly recommend

Not aimed at my age range - just another bar - didn't find the staff particularly good or bad - went for a "gin night" and the team serving the gins drowned them in tonic and disguised the gin totally - they even made Brockmans into a "bramble".



Not for me - I won't go back - but to be fair, they probably wouldn't want me.

Just attended the gin evening and loved it. Bit late starting but lovely selection of gins n very knowledgeable host. Shame it ran over n a bit rushed toward end but these things happen. Roll on the next one



Edit: we attended the cocktail tasting on 21.06.18 and felt it was such a shame about the poor organisation and short staffing. Again, like last time, drinks took ages to turn up but this time even longer. Ran over again where other customers were arriving. It's such a fantastic idea just could be improved on in many ways as not many places offer these kind of nights. Loved the cocktails just not the slow service

Great little bar walked in there a few times but sliding down the bannister to make a fantastic entrance is not appreciated. Even if it was a fantastic slide. You will be quickly escorted out. More warning signs need!!! Or maybe them little nob thingys to make you bounce off. The Gins are great tho. Sliding entrances are not permitted.

Absolutely stunning venue but the cabaret singer on the piano singing boring songs was enough for us to leave...opening night and no more than 30 people in there such a shame hopefully decent DJ or live band can turn the place around

Very disappointed. Went to the gin tasting event last Thursday. Waited an hour for the first drink. The shutter was open to the smoking area so absolutely freezing! To allow the smoking area as part of the inside area is awful. Complimentary pizza didn’t arrive until 10pm and the waiter was offering it to everyone even those without a ticket. Very badly organised

Very disappointed. Myself and a few friends decided to go last night to try the pizza and prossecco deal as advertised on a Sunday night only to find the place locked up and not open. We won’t be bothering again

So disgusted with the bouncers at this bar and the supposed manager! Wasn’t allowed into the bar as apparently I was too drunk which I didn’t really contest as I know it doesn’t usually get you anywhere but wasn’t rude whatsoever just wanted to meet my friends in the bar. When I asked to speak to the manager he came over and called me a DIRTY SLAG! This is by far the worst I have ever been spoke to and it’s upset me, no one deserves to be spoke to like this when you have the intention on having a few drinks in a bar after a long week at work I am appalled and hope this gets addressed !
