We had surprise guests at the #salon today! Rihanna, Matt and #baby Lucas came for a visit. The little family are doing great and Lucas loved his first visit and all the attention he got. Rihanna will be back in July and we will be expecting Lucas in about 16 years time! 😜

What is the difference between #Balayage and #Ombre?
Ombre is the transition to a light shade from a dark shade. Ombre is a lot more extreme and it involves the top end of your #hair being completely dark, the middle an 'inbetweeney' kinda colour and the ends completely light. Wow! New to Farnham and have a phobia about new hairdressers cutting my curly hair BUT so glad I took a chance on The Establishment and got to have my hair cut and coloured by the wonderful Becky. So pleased, she knew exactly what I wanted, what my fears were and I felt totally at ease from the offset. She explained new techniques I could try and I left feeling a million dollars. Booked a return visit immediately.

What am I going to do without you guys? I absolutely love the place and the amazing staff. My friends and I have always been very happy with our haircuts. xxxxx

As an ex Wella technician I'm probably a colourists worst nightmare !! Rhiannon was amazing a true professional who listened and truly understood the task ahead and it was a tricky one . Ross saved me from my chemical disconnection and self haircut .

I am so happy to have found Ross Dilanda again ! Didn't go for the brilliant 'crop' he used to do 35/40 years ago but very happy with the 'long crop' ! I will stick to that from now on. Thank you so much Ross for getting it right as usual. I love your new salon and your staff and look forward to seeing you again soon.
