Had my induction with Noel yesterday really enjoyed it the patience and understanding of everyone’s needs are met with such encouragement. This gym is so welcoming and I will be enjoying the change I am about to make to my life.

Great team and great knowledge. Haven't been to the gym in many a year so needed help and guidance on some of the 'newer' machines. The staff have all helped me with equiptment and are always on hand to help with a smile. Thanks to Noel and Team.
