We visited around lunchtime the other day (26/9) and had burgers which were very nice and reasonably priced. We would like to thank the staff who helped us to carry our huge double pram up and down the steps at the entrance. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming and are a credit to the place.

The Exchange is a gem of a bar, restaurant and music venue. Combining all these whilst maintaining high standards must be challenging. The team at the Exchange pull it off. You can even have a hair cut at the in-house barbers.

Lovely meal, great staff what more is there to say 💗

Just had a fab gin brunch and masterclass with sarah! Amazing food and cocktails and felt very looked after! Definitely recommend and fingers and toes crossed to win the gin bath ���

I want to say thank you to everyone on Friday who catered for 35 of us for my birthday. The food was lovely and the service was amazing. Louise really made the night and catered to every need I had, she was attentive and is a real asset to you. Rock and roll bingo was hilarious, and a great atmosphere. Thank you for making my birthday brilliant �

I had a market stall at the eat the disco event today, throughout the day I had the pleasure of meeting many market goers, fabulous food and all round fun.

Food spot on the best burger I've ever had the service was very very good waiter was very polite and helpful thanks for a great night spot on

Excellent food as always. I eat here on a semi regular basis at least once a week. I have never had a bad experience with the food or the drink. Well apart from the headache but can't really blame them.



If you have not tried their rock n roll fries yet, what are you waiting for? They are awesome, normal fries just aren't worth it anymore!



My all time fave is Cow V Chicken and their steaks are awesome as well.

Enjoy having lunch then sipping Prosecco while the other half has his hair cut. Lovely lunch and friendly staff.

Chorizo hash, Bloody Mary’s, gin and loads of stalls downstairs. Great day!



Best day in Stoke 2018 so far.

Came all the way from Manchester and went to the Trevor Nelson night and it was hammered! like going to an old skool rave.. booming sound system too. The staff were working their arses off all night and deserve a lot of credit as they were taking a lot of flak at the bar from people who clearly don't get out much on a saturday night and should stick to watching x factor at home. Can't wait for the next event. Well done guys.

Amazing food! Plus the staff are all lovely and helpful. Great place to go during the day and in the evening. Quiz nights are the best fun I’ve ever had �

Ace people & venue. Blue Collar Disco nights are berserk ...Eat the Disco brunch menu & vibe is mega. A must try folks�

What an EXCELLENT night Saturday night was at the Exchange watching The Sugar Hill Gang and Grandmaster Flash and Scorpia. Thank you for getting such icons in Stoke. RESPECTS & providing me with a stool to be able to watch the performance because I'm Disabled & can't stand for any periods of time.

There were only 2 drawbacks:

- The music was too loud for the room it was in, but I think that more down to the act to get that right

- but most importantly of all it should be noted for future acts & on ticket info that this is not a Disabled Venue for both Access & any acts in the basement as there is a lot of stairs to access both.

I love this bar, laid back atmosphere with good music. Great selection of drinks, cocktails and light snacks. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

Went for the friends quiz tonight. The quiz itself was good. Service was mixed. We arrived to be found we were sat in the basement; not really the best venue for a quiz. It smelt, was dark and tables/chair were crappy. Not very happy considered we had booked for the quiz when it was upstairs only (they opened the downstairs area for bookings later) but we spoke to them and got moved. The food was good - shame about the service from one of the waiters. Some of our food arrived cold and had been dipped in BBQ sauce on which my friend doesn't like. I think it went to the wrong table, which would make sense as they almost gave us food that wasn't ours. When we asked them to change them he said he would heat them up but we wouldn't get new ones. To be honest, he was really rude but we did manage to get them changed despite having to complain further.

Junior however (the manager) was great and sorted out all of our issues - couldn't fault him; he was fantastic. He dealt with our issues and was really pleasant. All in all; it was a horrible experience and I would go for another quiz night but it wasn't great either.

Upon arrival to the Trevor Nelson event last night at the exchange there was a small que of people waiting to get in and quickly realised they had no tickets, spoke to the security and he ushered us through quickly as we had tickets. Upon entering the building i was met with a great heat coming from the main room and it was like a tin of sardines everybody squeezed in no space to even put your hands in your pockets. You had numerous amounts of people tryin to push past at the bar due to the ridiculous waiting times the atmosphere was ok at first however this soon changed after the 1am mark. The overall experience wasnt great feel dissapointed, the club needs a serious renovation for any form of event to be held there. The only good thing about the night is Trevor nelson actually done the three hours he was ment to.

Friendly staff,good Service,nice atmosphere with music and free Internet usage. Had a Beef burger on granary Bap was tasty,good Quality meat But did not come with fries -so not very filling if hungry.(extra £2+for side order of fries) £5,95p for Burger. Quiet in afternoon on a week day -so ideal place for Chilling and dining Out.

Went to the Trevor Nelson night. There were so many people you could not Dance. There was glass all over the floor because the base was turned up that loud you drink would move and fall off the side. No room to dance, and a 30 min wait for a drink. Alongside of this there ran out of glasses and drinks. There said it was a ticket only event , this was a not true. The only good this was the music.i left at 1.30 as the atmosphere was getting moody and there was no air. The heating was on also. I can't believe I paid £17 , never again
