myself my partner and my sister all ordered the Christmas burger from the Christmas market with a side of new york fries.

The burger was amazing! Turkey patty with brie and cranberry. What a genius idea! � so delicious! The fries were also very tasty! we shared them and they lasted just moments!

can't wait to try the resturant now and see what else is on the menu!

We ordered at 8.30 pm on a Friday night and so knew it could take an hour or so. Someone actually called at 9.30 to say they were sorry for the delay, the order was ready and was about to go out for delivery.

It arrived at 9.45 pm and it was still very warm. That in itself is better than many food deliveries!

The food was wonderful. I’m not a fan of brioche buns but this was not cheap and dry. The burger was obviously quality meat, the included salad was fresh. The coleslaw was lovely and the curly fries enough for the two of us.

Amazing food, very well packaged. Fabulous!

The service in here was amazing, I visited yesterday evening and the food was great. I ordered the ribs with onion rings, and they were so good I sucked the bones dry! The service was so good and the staff so friendly they even gave us free drinks!



Even hearing them on the phone dealing with their takeaway customers, they were friendly and professional and bent over backwards to help them doing everything they could to make their experience pleasant, so I'm sure they were really satisfied too! I'll definitely be visiting again. It's a hidden gem!

Ordered from just eat, arrived on time, tasted amazing and lots of flavour, loved the little box it came in. Presentation looked like effort had been put in. Definitely be ordering again in the future! Thankyou!

My partner and I decided to risk this place tonight and we’re so glad we did! The food was fantastic, I cannot fault it at all. Delivery was also very quick, was told it would take an hour but it got to us within 30-40 minutes! The only thing I could criticise are the prices for some of the food; some of it is a little steep but at least it tastes good! Would highly recommend this place to anyone �

My first delivery experience was great tbh! Food was estimated to arrive at 18:40 and I then got a text that it'd arrive at 18:25 which it did :))

The delivery driver was also very polite and lovely.



My burger was really very delicious and warm enough to eat straight out the box, while the curly fries were a bit colder but still slightly warm; I ate them both as is but a few seconds in the microwave would have probably been more than enough to heat them both up if anyone was less hungry.

I did end up with churros and no chocolate dip, which is a bit of a bummer, but it's simple enough to melt some nutella. Not worth losing a star, but something to keep in mind.

Overall though, I'm now very happy and full~

Just received our order. Blown away by how amazing it is! Brilliant service, good delivery time, drinks in glass bottles, amazing packaging, lovely chips, and the best burger both me and my other half have ever had! Definitely living up to the fabulous in the name!!

Just ordered 2 double burgers, 1 chicken and 1 beef & a side of hand cut chips. Order turned up hot, within an hour and everything was delicious! Would order again.

I ordered a takeaway from these guys. And despite it being late, they phoned and very politely explained, and oh my god was it worth the wait! The food was incredible!!!! I’ll definitely be returning ���

First time ordering, burger was nice and hot, and very much brilliant, the curly fries was a little cold which was a shame as mentioned before. But due to the burger which is what I really want being amazing i still give it 5 star. Maybe look at keeping the fries warm some how. Delivery time was spot on!

Burgers were huge and very good, delivered on time. My drink was missing but as soon as I told them they came back to my place to bring it and they went the extra mile to make it up to me. People were very nice all the way through. Good food, good customer service ! I will definitely order again :)

Ordered food to be delivered at 8:30, turned up at..... 9:50! I was absolutely starving and very disappointed, food was OK but my sweet potato fries were pretty much luke warm and some were not cooked well enough, macaroni bites were burnt and greasy, my burger was a but sad, the patty was thin and much smaller than I was expecting from the last time I ordered.

The best thing about my order was the jalapeño cream cheese bites which were very tasty but didn't unfortunately make up for my disappointment of the food as a whole.

I don't think I'll be ordering a third time unfortunately, I'll stick to Hubbox.

Oh and I forgot about the bacon and cheese chips, these were OK but unfortunately by the time we got them they were almost cold and the cheese had solidified, turning them into a big block of sad cold chips �

We'll TBH the service was poor! I was the only person in the restaurant, all draft beers (not interested personally) and ciders (now I'm interested!) Ran out and not available....

Burger was ok(ish, basic...) however seemed a bit slap dashed and we felt an inconvenience being there as had to 'wait' yes wait to get a table and again 'wait' to get my bill as quote 'we we're busy chatting in the back sorry'

Furniture is worn and in need of repair along with one of our hands being scratched due to a botch job staple repair, of which they knew about and had not rectified from a previous complaint or observation from what can only be presumed as another/previous now ex restaurantiner.... thanks...

Would I recommend this place? No!

Well all i need to do is share how they deal with issues... and that says it all guy... its a shame as they have the making of some good home cooked food. So i put

"Im sorry guys, i can do with the order being late..... but this is not what i expected very very over priced to receive this.. so disapointed worthy of the bin!!!� oh and chips are cold!!"

Well to say gob smacked... we would never put money where people clearly dont care... because you just cant trust what they do in there kitchen... even a simple sorry would of been great... but exspecting a burger to look like a burger and the food to be hot... is asking for to higher standards!!!!

Ordered a veggie burger, only to find out when it got delivered that I bit into a meat burger.

Being a vegetarian for 2 and a half years this is NOT what I want to receive and I now feel incredibly unwell.

Just had 2 burgers delivered absolutely discusting to the point I couldn't eat mine! It was late but I could of

Risen above that if the food was of a decent quality! The chicken burger was bland and the bun was cheap considering it

Was £22 for 2 burgers! Very very disappointed and won't be using again! What a waste of money!

I used to love these burgers, but I ordered and paid and no food has arrived. Service at its worst. No one is answering the phone. Very disappointed as this was my favourite for burgers. Has the management changed? Something has gone very wrong here.

Gave it 1 start because I couldn’t give it a 0! Walked in not even greeted at all. Sat down looking through the menu for about 15mins. Walked to the bar/counter to order to then be told by the arrogant/rude barman that the chef (wasn’t even here)!! Barman swearing and shouting like he was in a nightclub with the lads! Attitude stank to high heaven!



Ordered as the (chef) walked through the door. Paid £15+ for my meal in total with a drink.



Sat back down and waited. (30mins) at least! To then be told my order was only just getting prepared and will be here shortly! Was ready to walk out at this point!



Around 15-20mins later my order had arrived missing my side order as well!



All I can say is there was NOTHING (fabulous) about this burger it was falling apart, no flavour what so ever! I had finished my burger and then my side order came (chicken bits) yet again no flavour what so ever, tough and hard! Something you’d probably get at (Iceland) for a £1!



I will NOT be coming back again and I will definitely NOT be recommending this place either!



I feel I was robbed of my £15+ bill!



Absolutely diabolical!

From the get go the restaurant was disappointing, it took 15 minutes to come over and finally ask us if we wanted any drinks-even though we didn’t have any drinks menus.

When our drinks arrived they furthered the disappointment due to my lemonade not tasting at all like lemonade, similarly with the coke.

After ordering our food, it took a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes for it to come to the table, in between this time we were not asked if we wanted another drink or receive an apology for the long wait.

Finally the food arrived, and the disappointment continued. I could have a got a better burger at Burger King, not worth the time we waited.

The reason for the long wait was because they were busy, we were the only ones in the restaurant-the wait was blamed on Uber eats deliveries, an easy cop-out for me.



Overall a highly disappointing experience, food, service and timing-would not recommended.
