11 years of hard work

we have known kathleen a couple of years now, we first met her when we stayed at her hotel the fairfax in skegness in 2015, we had a lovely comfortable stay and her hotel is very clean and cosy, she is an excellent host and a friendly person. we would highly recommend her hotel to anyone.

this is a fantastic hotel all round . room was very clean the staff were friendly and very helpful. the location is great to short walk from town center and beech and close to bus stops would definitely stay again

Wonderful place to stay cosy rooms, close to sea front, good breakfasts and pleasant atmosphere... Will be going every year if possible.......

The Fairfax is the best hotel in Skegness. You always get a warm welcome from Kath and the place is spotless.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable rooms, slept really well. Breakfast very good. Lovely host. Short walk to the seafront which is good when we had spent all day on our feet. Hoping to come back again soon. Thank you.

Lovely friendly hostess kath. Bedrooms beautiful and beds soooo comfy,will definately stay again if we visit skegvegas.

Just to make you all jealous, I'm currently staying at the fairfax - first time, and now wouldn't stay anywhere else in Skegness. My room is a small but perfect single room though bed is 3/4 I think. My room has everything. Very well planned out with 4 lights, plug sockets where you need them and even a bathroom cabinet. First time I've slept through in ages and very quiet even though so close to town centre and beach.

Just home after a wonderful stay. Loved it!! Would recommend this to everyone x

Hotel always clean an tidy, staff very friendly.

Nothing was to much trouble, certainly recommend to friends and family

Had a lovely stay with grandaughter. Lovely room. Ensuite a little small but suitible for all your needs. Lovely choice of breakfast. Made to feel very welcome. And 18months old grandaughter was also catered for, with travel cot, toddler sized breakfast & toys for her to use.

Great customer service, lovely food, great room.

Fantastic b and b extremely clean and kath very welcoming and accommodating.

Brilliant location with parking available and dogs welcome. Staff very friendly would highly recommend food is delicious too

Absolutely fantastic hotel, Kathleen could not do enough for us. My boys 7 years and 6 months loved her. We will definitely be back. Can not recommend this hotel enough ��
