Kevin ‘Jasper’ Taylor won the Retired Supporter of the Year award at our Spirit of Fire Awards earlier this year for his outstanding fundraising over the past 30 years. It all began when his daughter was diagnosed with an illness and after receiving help from the Charity, Jasper wanted to give something back.

Waitrose are celebrating ten years of their Community Matters scheme this week, which over the years has seen more than £30 million donated to good causes. 👏 The scheme has raised more than £10,000 for us since its launch, so we want to say a huge thank you to Waitrose & Partners for their support during this time. 😊

Today we remember the four brave Warwickshire firefighters, Ian Reid, John Averis, Ashley Stephens and Darren Yates-Badley, who tragically lost their lives on this day 11 years ago.
