You die on the phone waiting for them to answer.
I just called this clinic and been waiting for 25 min. Some asian man answered the phone finally and told me to call back at 2.30 pm because they are going on brake after I was waiting for 25 min on the phone. Couldn't even say sorry about it. DISGRACE. SHAME ON YOU.

I was with this surgery for the last 12 years, they said they improved service, but for the worst. For the last 3 years their level of care is from bad to worst, they never answer the phones this morning I called the phone was ringing for 1hr and 3 min , I left it to ring now it's been ringing for 2hrs, I took screen shot for each time, on how long the phone was ringing, and I think it's time for me to look for another Gp,, the receptionists are the worst rudest people I have ever met. Specially the women. The only reason I endure them was becouse of doctor Akinbala, he is best doctor very caring and understanding, without that doctor I would've been long gone.. today I been calling them since 8.30. Now it's 10.05am I swear the phone is still ringing, I know I am not gonna get appointment but I need to know some results,, very bad service

If I was rating the quality of care from the GPs, I'd give it 5 stars as they've always been excellent. Unfortunately, as with most GPs in London, it's very difficult to get an appointment on the phone. I can't recommend enough that you use their online booking system if you are able.

unbelievable how rude the one woman in on their reception, been going to this surgery for 15 years had great experience with doc T J but that receptionist realy hates her job and makes you know it. I don't kno why she stays, I would wager thousands of people she has killed with her attitude and general neglect.

Very busy practice, that see lots of patients. I moved as I needed a bit more better care from medical professionals and I am getting that now. I think the surgery tries to do the best job but I think their services are so stretched and seeing so many patients that it is causing lots of complaints. The team here work hard, it is just unfortunate that it seems so stretched, but not their fault at all.

Awful surgery. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment and no effort from staff to attempt to help you. Some GPs ok, the last made me wait for an hour and 20minutes and made no apologies.

Disgusting service. Phone lines are always busy then you go in and the staff are just stood around talking. If you can go else where with better service do it! I have to call atleast 80-100 times before my call is answered and by then I have missed any appointments available!

I've got nothing but positives to say about this surgery. I was dreading the first time i had to use the surgery because of the terrible reviews. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have known - reception and doctors- . I got an emergency appointment straight away, and the GP even rung me yesterday to see if I was ok off her own back. She was caring and compassionate and very knowledgeable.

It is incredibly difficult to get anything from the reception staff, it feels like they hate their job and they want to get rid of you. Most of the time no one picks up the phone.

Called at 08:30 on a Friday morning and made an appointment with a locum doctor. Arrived on time for my appointment at 10:10. At this point Donna, the receptionist, tells me she said 09:10 on the phone (she didn't) and now I've missed my appointment. I went to get a fit note so I could return to work after a short illness, so I had no other choice but to wait. Oh and of course you can't book appointments in advance at this surgery, so it's a complete lottery. Register elsewhere if you have any choice in the matter.

I have asked for ECG in May , on my file is written that in my family we had heart conditions and my mom had stroke in Fabruary, alas all circulatory problems should be taken seriously with me. Have I received my invitation letter for the ECG? I HAVE NOT. And NHS is wondering why everyone is showing up at A&E....because if you wait for things to hapen at GP level you can risk your health and in some cases even your life.
