Monday 29th April... Tuesday 30th April Wednesday 1st May
But don’t worry....
We will still be able to facilitate our delivery service via The Fish Hut, Poulton road and orders can still be placed online, telephone or via Just Eat.
The Fish Hut, Poulton Road is OPEN AS NORMAL‼️
🌟This short closure at Dock Street is necessary to allow the installation of our brand new, quality, bespoke designed, frying range. With dedicated gluten free fryer and prep areas, brand new fryers, new grill and griddle areas amongst other things, this installation will allow us to expand our menu. This includes an extended gluten free menu, and the introduction of new menu items such as grilled salmon, tuna, scallops etc, produced to consistent quality and time standards, and improving the whole customer experience.
🌟🌟This new equipment will be complimented a week later by our newly installed “Tango Ice Blast’ machine, another amazing sweet treat alongside our great range of Wallings Ice Creams and, in time, our restaurant will also be undergoing some fantastic refurbishment.
🌟🌟🌟AND FINALLY, the reinvestment continues even further with the opening of another exciting NEW COMPANY to compliment our ever expanding Fish Merchants!!!

We were back on Saturday ,we travel from South Shore for this treat rather go all this way and know we won't be disappointed unlike a lot in Blackpool hope all the staff & customers have a lovely Christmas & New Year !

This place has improved 100 percent and is now easily the best fish and chip restaurant in fleetwood

This is the best place to eat fish and chips, anywhere. We come from Liverpool at least 3 or 4 times a year just to eat here! Lovely.

This is an example of what a professional business should be, everything is thought of and the level of quality both in the food and staff is second to none. You can actually taste how fresh the food is.

Thank you so much for everything you did for my Grandparents who won the completion for the Valentine's Day meal. You really did go above and beyond for them and they were truly overwhelmed. They had the best time and have loved telling their friends and family about their meal and the fact it was their first Valentine's Day date since they got married 54 years ago.

I'd like to personally thank you for the effort you put in to making their meal so special and especially surprising my grandad with a birthday cake when you found out it was his birthday too.



I eat here quite often with my mum and we wouldn't go anywhere else! We love the fact you cater for wheat free customers too!

So delighted with Richardson’s Fish House, fish n chips. Cooking perfect, gluten free batter. It doesn’t get better. Happy Fridays for fish now.

Me and my partner visit at least 2-3 times a month we are only a 30 min drive away and enjoy the fish and chips and service every time keep up the good work guys :)

Lovely fish and chips for lunch as ever. Interesting conversation with the friendly staff in the take away. Had a light supper because I was still full up and yes I chewed my broccoli and Stilton soup

Just had a delivery and food was piping hot and very tasty, fish is lovely and meaty and chips nice and crisp!

I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We visited today after watching Oldham Athletic play Fleetwood FC, as we did after last season's fixture. Absolutely quality fish and chips. Gluten free as well!

I would recommend anyone to go and eat here. It is spotless and the fish and chips are amazing. We were most impressed!!

I have now tried most of Fleetwood's fish and chip shops but for me this is the best.

First time ive tried this chippy and delivery too.....cannot fault them...best battered fish ive had...will deffo be having/ordering again....decent size portions aswell !

Drove up from St.Helens to enjoy the fish at the Fish House, freshly cooked and full of taste. Recommended every time

Although the waitress service wasn't great the food was excellent.They serve gluten free food as well which was a great bonus. I would happily recommend the fish house.

We had more than a Fishy meal yesterday. Whilst eating our meal the Tea Pot decided to move itself across our table. It moved with such force that I would 100% say there was a spirit moving it. Had my husband not put his hand out to stop it !! I'm sure it would have smashed on the floor. Ghostly goings on is all I can say. We told our waiter who was lovely, but he said he would be a bit scared now being left in there alone, as previously cutlery had been thrown on the floor. Worth a visit for great food & you might get a Spirit thrown in too.

Found purely by chance on a windy Sunday. Have to say it's the best fish I've ever had, so fresh and the batter just melted. Service was good too.

Really disappointed; arrived at 8.15pm on Friday but were turned away as we were told by a member of staff that you were closing! Thought you closed at 9?!
