The Forum Conferencing And Banqueting Description
The Forum, Banqueting and Conference Centre has been purposely built as a stunning and exclusive 5 star venue with a real WOW factor. It is the perfect venue for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, concerts, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, weddings, birthday and anniversary celebrations, sporting events, and product launches and is licensed for Civil Weddings.
The Suite is fully air conditioned and sound proofed throughout, with Banqueting style seating for up to 625 people or it can be divided into 3 rooms for smaller functions. No expense has been spared on the stylish décor, versatile state of the art, in built LED lighting and latest technology with PA systems and Plasma Screens.
There is also a separate, trendy bar and attractive reception area. The Suite also has a purpose built and fully equipped kitchen for self-catering purposes.
Whatever your event, we will put all our amazing facilities, people and experience at your disposal – offering you total flexibility and first class service.

Christmas parties at the Forum Stevenage
Wedding function we attended was very well handled. Parking may be an issue but car park available next door. For those wishing to stay overnight, rooms available next door too!

It was my pleasure to have chosen this Venue(a year ahead..if I must add), for my hubbys 50th Black tie and cocktail party on 31st March 2018.
The venue is complete with staff(Deepak,Kerry,Justin,Becca & Tammie), who are completely off the chain.....extremly professional, courteous and ready to support you and your event all the way...no matter how long it takes.
They assisted me and took numerous planning calls(poor Kerry and Deepak) and organised many planning visits for my suppliers and I.
Visits from the decorator, photographer and Lighting and fancefloor suppliers...to ensure measurements and all.
I wanted to have freshly cooked Nigerian Cuisine and they made it happen.
My caterer cooked all the food in their well equipped and modern kitchen facilities.
I also used their fantastic, easy access walk-in cold room and we had seriously Chilled drinks all night(quite useful during the heavy dancing...when guests began to crave for a cold drink).
They also have an easy access ramp for supplier vans. This was very useful, as we had special chairs delivered. Set up and set down was very easy and smooth.
All the above...for a fee of course
..but well worth it. YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR.

Fantastic venue with no expense spared on the fixtures & fittings and I am sure any event held there will be exceptional with Ruslana & her team.
Fantastic venue and unique to the north herts area. Capable to accommodate up to 525 with smaller divisions as needed. This is the ideal space located just 2 minutes from train station connecting to central London in just 20 mins.
By far the best Christmas Party I have had in a long long time. We ate, drank and danced the night away. Faultless. This was our SLL Christmas Party. Thanks so much. Hope to return again this year. Mel xxx

Easy access especially when you are disabled and can't walk up the stairs, there is the lift in the Ibis hotel and also the upper level of the car park outside the back door - the venue can be divided up into different room sizes.
A wonderful venue hosting the sad occasion of the late Sherma Batson MBE DL's Celebration of Life on 3/2/2017. Thanking the staff and outside caterers for a fantastic send off. Only observation. Stock better brands of wine to do justice to your venue. Cheers everyone.
