About The Fox And Goose
We serve real ales from microbrewers, real ciders and craft lager on draught, bottled lagers, beers quality wines, and spirits. Pork pies, Vegan Pasties.
We have recently started serving quality teas and barista coffees,
with tempting fresh cake.
The Fox And Goose Description
At The Fox and Goose we believe in fairness which is why we only serve draught beer in lined oversize glasses. That way when you order a pint of beer you get a pint of liquid refreshment plus a creamy head. Most other pubs and bars serve a pint in a "brimful" glass so you don't get a full pint of beer.
We are the first community owned pub in West Yorkshire.

Wonderful, old-fashioned community-owned real ale pub. Dog friendly with a real fire and nice beer garden
What a gem of a pub! My husband and I visited yesterday and were thrilled by the friendly welcome and excellent choice of beers and wines. We can't wait to return (and will take the train next time).
We've just got back home after 10 days holiday in Hebden Bridge and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Fox & Goose and although we had never been there before we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and the local customers. Even though the pub was closed for three days for alterations to be made it was well worth the effort to visit yesterday evening and see the result of the work in the bar. I hope we will soon be able to visit again.
We had a great time. Your hospitality is brilliant. Always a pleasure to support a community pub. There should be more like you. Thank you :-)
Top gaff - co-operative community pub - superb ales ❤️
So friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Great roof terrace.
Pog had a wonderful time playing. Lovely crowd, friendly staff and the beer is near perfect. Hope to come back soon!
Perfect pub for ale lovers. Pure & simple
Nice traditional pub, very, very good beer!
Lovely real ale pub with the old Hebden "vibe". Called in before going to the Trades and wish we could have stopped longer. Will certainly be returning on a more regular basis in future.
Lovely place, a great place for a beer after a tough day on the bike. Recommended by a local, lived up to expectations. A proper pub
Great pub great beer great people and my dog loves it too
Great beer and the nicest barmaid I have ever come accross, oh and the ginger cake, delicious.
Fantastic pub always a good welcome serving superb well kept beers.
Had 2 pints of Pictish Brewers Gold and it was the best i've had for a long time.
Fantastic evening spent listening to talk in Sylvia Pankhurst then discussion and lovely music by the talented magdelen bath, tea and cake, great female artists exhibition and Brewsters ale, baidon (lovely tipple). Great company and atmosphere will be going again tonight
Cracking co-operatively run pub with great selection of real ales, friendly staff (and punters!) And a nice warming open fire in mid December. A must visit pub for anyone going hebden bridge
