Although we’d much prefer to be BBQing for you all in the garden in this glorious sunshine, we’ve all got to do our bit and #stayhome Our meat for the bbq (all our meat for our menu actually) always comes from Nigel Ansell’s Butcher in the green so if you can, support local and pay him a visit. Miss you all loads, hope you’re keeping safe and so look forward to seeing you on the other side 🦊

*ANNOUNCEMENT*
It is with an extremely heavy heart that we have made the decision to close The Fox. We will, from now be suspending our takeaway and delivery service completely, as you can imagine, it goes against everything we would want but it just feels wrong. We had hoped to be able to stay open for you, our wonderfully loyal customers, but in light of the rapidly changing news and continually updating guidelines from the government we feel we have no other choice. Y...ours and our staff's health and safety is our priority.
We have been overwhelmed with the lovely messages of support from you all on our social media. It means so much to us. We promise that this closure will be as short term as possible, but it is our duty to do all we can to slow the spread of Covid-19.
We will look after our staff throughout this worrying time. They need to be in their homes too. This will pass, but we need to do all we can to assist this and make sure we aren't doing anything to spread the virus.
Stay safe and well everyone and our very best wishes to you and your families. You are the best customers and we will have our doors open again soon 😊
