Valentine print launch! New set of one off mini dyptich prints by @lucymclauchlan, exhibition opening on Feb 14th at studio 4 gallery. Limited Set of Mono-Print Dyptichs: 30 x 40cm mounted, signed and numbered Individual prints 12 x 17cm, stamped and dated on the reverse 4 colour, hand-pulled screen print... on acid free 270gsm paper.
These prints are hand-pulled, allowing Lucy to spontaneously position each layer and colour choice to produce an intuitively driven collection reflecting her mural painting process.
This technical experimentation combines multiple layers utilising mat inks against gloss inks, with fluorescent reds and metallic coppers creating a more textural set of mono-prints. #valentinesgift #art #illustration #digbeth #custardfactory #theframers #studio4gallery #streetart

Fun project “game of thrones” Lego in deep box frame. You can’t actually get game of thrones Lego but this clever customer remixed loads of bits from lots of the rings, Harry Potter and all kinds of Lego to make this great set! @ The Custard Factory

Thanks for the recent post @indigbeth I take it for granted how long we’ve been here. The framers was started back in the 90’s by @robertmartinezperez martinez and has existed in one form or another in the #custardfactory ever since. I’ve been here about 18-19 years now! Here’s another great shot from @area.srj who recently spent an afternoon taking some beautiful photos of our workshop. Proud to be #digbethoriginals

#mrbrainwash limited print framed for customer. Full conservation job with 99% UV protection glass, conservation tabs holding the print in place so no tape or glue, hinge mounted in conservation mount board and backing which is acid free and won’t fade. All the tape we use anyway is a ph neutral as standard. Finally little detail I like on this one showing date and finger print with bevel cut in barrier board and back board with glass between to make this cheeky aperture on the back. @ The Custard Factory
