The Friends of The Wisdom Hospice is a Charity dedicated to supporting the work of the Wisdom Hospice, providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers whether at home, in the hospice or hospital.

We believe no one should have to face a life-limiting and terminal illness alone. We are here for our patients, families, carers and health professionals.

Our vision is that everyone has choice and excellence on their journey towards the end of their life. We aim to seek out all those who need palliative care and ensure that something is being done to address their needs.

Our broad range of adult hospice services aims to enrich the lives of patients and their families from the diverse communities of Medway and Swale. Care is available to all those who can benefit from it and we work to meet all the needs of our patients, including those which reflect their ethnic, cultural or religious heritage.

The hospice is run by Medway Community Healthcare (MCH) who provide a wide range of high quality community health services on behalf of the NHS.
