The Game Changerz West Yorkshire Description
Welcome to Tiggers Tots & Kids!
Tiggers Tots & Kids was created by Leeds Rhinos Schools Development Officer, Tony Aubrey.
Tiggers Tots & Kids offer a wide range of activities ranging from Multi-Skills, Multi-Sports, Bouncy Castles, Touch Rugby as well as specialising in children’s Rugby development through Tots Rugby play programmes and children’s Rugby specific birthday parties. Working primarily with primary school aged children, Tiggers Tots & Kids aim is to provide children with more opportunities to play sport, particularly Rugby League, encouraging them to join their local amateur club to increase sustained participation and strengthen community Rugby clubs. We pride ourselves in ensuring that all our delivery is aimed at:

* Focusing on children's stages of development
* Increasing opportunity for children to play
* Increase skill development, developing motor & decision making skills as well as improving physical literacy
* Providing a fun, friendly & relaxed atmosphere
* Increasing confidence
* Improving intrinsic motivation leading to sustained participation
* Improving self esteem
* Improving discipline
Whilst fun, enjoyment, safety and inclusion are high on the agenda, the skills programmes ensure children are ready for out of school sports including community Rugby. The children get to experience valuable skills such as taking turns, teamwork, passing and catching, play-the-ball, both tag and contact Rugby, evasion, kicking and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* We take looking after your children seriously
* All coaches are R. F. L qualified
* All staff are CRB /DBS cleared for child safety
* A qualified first aider will be present at all times during activities
* Your child’s safety & well being will be of upmost importance to all staff
* All attendees will be split into groups according to age, size and ability. This will ensure your child will have maximum participation, fun and progression
* No form of bullying will be accepted. This will be constantly monitored by all members of staff

Our mission is to enhance the connection between children and sport. We aim to inspire, engage and provide a positive, fun filled and enjoyable experience for the next generation of Rugby League players and participants. We believe children learn best when they are having fun.
