The Garden Sanctuary is a reflexology clinic set in a pretty Harpenden garden run by Elisabeth Grover RGN, DipHE, MAR. Specialising in women's health.

Elisabeth is a complementary therapist offering reflexology, reiki and life coaching. Initially working as a registered general nurse in a London hospital setting before changing careers. She now works from her pretty garden rotunda setting offering a holistic health approach to her reflexology.

The practice is for men and women and specialises in women's health issues from the teenage years up to menopause and above.

Elisabeth also offers Wise Hippo positive birthing courses for groups and individual couples.
