The awesome AC-BC return to the gardeners arms to headline our beer festival weekend. They nearly blew the roof off the place last time and this show promises to be just as spectacular

Come on down to Blackpool Fylde and Wyre CAMRA's pub of the season for our first annual beer and cider festival. When all else fails at other pubs, Gardner's is consistent with great food. After around ten visits food still No 1 in my book. Good speedy service, great bar staff, a very pleasant & satisfying experience.

What A great pub not like the old days we have just been for food with the wife and kids it was best pub food we have had for a long time and great service grate atmosphere and very cheap the food to we will be back thanks from table 17

Went last night to watch match. Amazing atmosphere...food was perfect and staff worked really hard and were friendly

We booked into the gardeners prior to attending the bury v fleet wood footy match we was met as we arrived by arron n the hospitality shown n given to us by his staff was top notch Deffo call again n a great booza

The food is absolutely lovely! Had the mac and cheese with chicken, bacon and garlic bread all cooked really well. The staff and polite and friendly! Would defiantly recommend this place!

Me my husband called in for a bite to eat today.. our 2nd visit.. this time without the kids. Lol.. absolutely gawgous food and reasonably priced.. great friendly staff.. we will be back soon defo ��

Me and boyfriend see it as are local to eat out great food,great customer service xx

Just nipped in as its local fantastic kids Halloween party and disco free going on well done new manager and great staff lovely community feel carries on tonight for the adults x

I haven't been to the gardeners in years. But I have to say it was the best meal I have had in ages. We were a mixed age group. My nan, my auntie, me, my husband and my 3 year old. The food was perfect. My husband had a steak and always says it isn't cooked right where ever we go! But here he said it was perfect. A big thumbs up from us to the chef. We will defo be making this our local pub again �

I cannot praise this place enough. We took our kids here for breakfast today and the food came out piping hot and so delicious. Definately worth every penny. And the manager and staff were really welcoming and friendly x

Been today on the way back from Tram Sunday and decided to have a meal, I chose the classic mixed grill and it was without doubt the best I have ever had served on a bed of fried onions, lush. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great pub grub. Started going more regularly now that we've got to know the place since moving to Thornton.

Good value for money and good service. Hunters chicken is tummy.

Go out for birthday tea, no chicken??no Stella no straws , not normally the type to negatively review a place but it's not the 1st time I've been let down by this place � now to find somewhere to take hungry disgruntled children

Food was ok when it finally arrived (no mention of 45 minute wait from order) and once we got everything we ordered.

Staff training for those who serve wouldn't go amiss as their attitude does not leave a nice taste.

Overall 2 possibly 3 out of 5 and wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

Came yesterday for lunch as normally it's really good,unfortunately that wasn't the case. Went ti the bar there was a gentleman waiting to be served before me, looked around there was noone here to serve. Eventually a young man came who was very friendly but had seen us waiting twice to be served but choose to run around and chat to the customer's who were playing pool. Once served I sat down and two members of staff one who looked to be manager was discussing there issues with other members of staff loud enough gor customers to hear, not really appropriate. Finally get my food and it was awful, I had the ultimate surf and turf, I've never seen a steak so fatty and tough, if it wasn't for the scampi i wouldn't of eaten. Wont be coming back for a long time, I was left very disappointed.

Went out for a girly lunch I ordered the mac and cheese with chicken and garlic bread when it arrived both the chicken and the garlic bread were cremated and black couldn't eat it worst meal I have had in a long time

A real shame to be honest. Used to enjoy coming here when we lived locally, however in the 4 months since we left The Gardeners has really gone down hill. The staff were not great, the décor is now very shoddy paint come away from walls, chips all over it. I believe it has been sold from Mitchells and Butler but that doesn't excuse using sizzler menus and blanking out the 'sizzler' name with marker pen - not professional in the slightest. The atmosphere way below par and the food was certainly not of the normal standard. Most of the chicken wings we had were burnt and I got the feeling my complaint wouldn't be really acknowledged even if I gave one at the time. Fair to say I won't be returning....as I say a real shame as it used to be the place to go in Thornton.
