This Saturday 25th sees another live music night at The George- all welcome, free entry. Food available, good beers and wines and lots of fun as always- starts 8.30pm

The George Group vets practice- We welcome the new vets in town who have a fantastic pub nearby

Playing Friday night 8pm at the George in Newmarket (that's the pub not the vets!) all welcome, free entry. Hailing from the town of Miltown Malbay – a musical hotbed in the west of Ireland and the site of pilgrimage for many musicians – Mal’bay are Irish traditional music personified. Featuring some of the tutors from the Bath Folk Festival Traditional Music Summer School, the band bring a living, breathing tradition from the Atlantic shores to the west of England.

This Friday night we are delighted to be welcoming back Malbay, an Irish folk band from the West Coast of Ireland who are playing from 8pm onwards- free entry and all welcome. Food is available from 6pm

Just to remind you there's a bbq, karaoke and disco on tonight at the George in Newmarket. Obviously the football is on tomorrow afternoon and the BBQ will continue 12.30 onwards....come and join in the fun xxx
