Never used them before but phoned up with an aircon problem in a VW Phaeton. Asked when I could book it in and was told I could be seen immediately. Dropped into the garage at virtually no notice. Alan immediately diagnosed the issue and I was back on the road 10 minutes later with “frosty air”. I would certainly use these lads again and will be happy to refer family and friends to them.

Mercedes c200. Aircon fault. Was told by another place that car had to go into mercedes, although he didnt have a proper scanner. Took to these guys had my aircon fixed in 20 mins. Very clean garage well set out. Very professional service. Regassed pressure tested. Very happy. Will definitely use the guys again.

Just had my clutch and flywheel replaced on my Audi A6, great communication and kept updated all the way through. Would definitely recommend and they would be first choice for any work I need in the future. It’s not often I recommend, but they were great to deal with from start to through to completion.

Just had my air con re-gassed. Drove in, done while I waited. Very impressed. Friendly and professional service from the 2 staff. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Lovely to have a cool car again in this heat! Thanks.

I called the German Car Specialists at 16:50 on a Friday to see if they where open on Saturday for an air con refill. They advised me that they wasn't but would wait open if I wanted to go down. I went down, they where really quick, effecient and helpful. It turned out that the compressor had gone in my car, so the guys offered to suck the gas out and charge me nothing despite me using their time. Great customer service!

Fantastic work from the lads, I got timing belt, water pump, full service, air con re gas, brake fluid top up and pick up and drop off. These lads got it back by 2.00 and for a added bonus put my rear wiper out of my view that's been sending me crazy. Will recommend to everyone I know
